Procedure for accepting donation

We welcome donations to the society. Kindly fill the enclosed prescribed form and then attach you contribution in the form of NEFT/cheque/bank draft in favour of Kamdhenu Ati Nirdhan Chikitsa Sahayata Society, Lucknow payable at State Bank of India, SGPGIMS Branch, Lucknow.

Society would distribute your contribution only as per its own terms and conditions, made by Management Committee of the society and approved by the General Body of the society time to time.

You may also send your donation by NEFT & email the copy of prescribed form. The contribution would be exempted under section 80 G of Income Tax Act and receipt is also given.
